Therefore, mist and other substances from the raw liquid do not enter the pipe, making cleaning easy, allowing for the collection of clean crystals without contamination of the product. ■If the amount of cake scraped by the scraping device exceeds the amount discharged through the suction pipe, the pipe opening will become buried in the crystals. However, in this machine, even in such cases, when the basket rotates, the crystals are pushed aside by the pipe, creating a void behind the pipe that is always free of crystals. This void continuously supplies an appropriate amount of air to the suction pipe, ensuring that the pipe does not become blocked and allowing for the smooth suction of the crystals collected in the groove.

[Case Study] We want to increase the processing capacity per unit in the construction of new buildings.

We proposed the MARKβ, a top-driven bottom-discharge centrifuge, to Company M, a manufacturer of chemical raw materials, which boasts the largest processing capacity in our company.

As a result of using our centrifuge, we have received feedback that both production efficiency and output have increased. Typically, the maximum processing capacity for the MARK 3 (top image) at the maximum size of 60-40 inches is 940 liters; however, after consultations between our technical department and the customer, we designed it to increase the capacity to 1027 liters. Additionally, to shorten processing time, we proposed a large scraping blade called the "1-Motion Scraper" that performs only the rotation motion instead of the usual two motions (up and down, rotation) and a "Scraping Air Blow" that uses high-pressure air to dislodge the crystals. **Features** - **Special Basket Design**: By designing a special basket size different from existing sizes, we increased the processing capacity. - **1-Motion Scraper**: Instead of the usual two motions (rotation and upward movement), we equipped a large scraper that matches the height of the basket, allowing for crystal scraping with just one rotational motion, thus achieving a reduction in scraping time. - **Scraping Air Blow**: By injecting air from the scraping device, we promote the dislodging of crystals with air pressure in addition to the usual scraping effect, further reducing scraping time.

The KMβ features a casing opening and closing mechanism and a flat-type basket, making visual inspection and cleaning of the wetted parts easy. It is capable of handling not only single products but also multi-variety production, and its high cleanability is highly regarded. [Case Study] I want to easily extract crystals even with an upper discharge centrifugal separator.

The use of a special basket and lifter enables improved cleaning of the in-flight basket and reduces the burden on the work operator.

We received an inquiry from chemical manufacturer O regarding their desire to easily recover and extract crystals using a top discharge centrifuge. We proposed and delivered our top discharge centrifuge model KMβ with a bottom-open type basket without a flange for dewatering. As a result of using our centrifuge, we received positive feedback regarding: - Reduced burden on the operating personnel - Improved cleanliness of the basket inside the machine In top discharge centrifuges, operators must manually remove solid materials. However, this is quite labor-intensive, and the difficulty increases if the solids are hard. Furthermore, with medium-sized machines around 42 inches, the solids to be removed can exceed 100 kg. [Case Study] Want to protect operators from toxic products.

No need to change filter cloth! ~Centrifuge that protects operators with an electron beam screen~

We received an inquiry from our customer, Company S, which produces herbicides and pesticides, stating, "Due to handling toxic products, we ensure that protective gear such as gas masks and gloves are worn during filter cloth replacement and cleaning. However, there is a high risk to the field operators. The characteristics of the product cause the filter cloth to clog easily, necessitating regular replacements, and we want to improve the situation where operators are exposed to danger from toxic products." In response, we proposed an electronic beam screen (metal filter) that eliminates the need for filter cloth replacement, and they adopted it. As a result of using our machine equipped with the electronic beam screen, the need for filter cloth replacement was eliminated, reducing the risk of poisoning for operators. This also led to a reduction in the labor involved in filter cloth replacement and cleaning, as well as the running costs associated with filter cloths.
